Is your agency licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the state of Indiana and carry comprehensive insurance to ensure our clients' and caregivers' safety and well-being.
Caregiver Qualifications
How do you screen your caregivers?
All our caregivers undergo a thorough background check, including criminal history, references, and employment verification. Additionally, they are trained in personal care, first aid, and CPR.
Are your caregivers bonded and insured?
Yes, all our caregivers are bonded and insured, offering you peace of mind in knowing that your loved one is in safe hands.
Will I have the same caregiver every time?
We make every effort to assign a consistent caregiver, but in cases of illness or scheduling conflicts, a backup caregiver may be provided. We will ensure your care needs are met at all times.
Can a loved one be a caregiver?
Absolutely! We prefer to hire close family members or friends who qualify and want to be the primary caregiver. They would need to apply as a caregiver to complete the thorough caregiver screening. Click here to apply.
Cost and Payment
How much do your services cost?
The cost of our care services depends on the level of care required. We offer competitive pricing and can provide you with a free, no-obligation assessment and quote based on your needs. For a free consultation, please click here.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
We currently accept Long-Term Care Insurance and Private Pay. We are in the process of completing our provider application for Medicaid acceptance. While this application is still pending, we are working to finalize the approval. Once approved, we will begin accepting Medicaid payments. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to help.
I have Medicaid. Can I get services?
If you are on Medicaid or eligible for Medicaid and need help completing the waiver, please contact the Division of Aging at 1-888-673-0002. You may also contact CICOA at cicoa.org or 317-803-6131. Once approved, your case manager will guide you through the process and services will immediately begin.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we are transparent about all pricing, and we will provide you with a clear breakdown of all costs upfront. There are no hidden fees.

How do I create a care plan for my loved one?
Our team will work closely with you and your loved one to create a personalized care plan that meets their unique needs and preferences. This plan can be adjusted as needs change over time.

Yes, we offer flexible care options that can be modified to meet the evolving needs of your loved one.
What are your hours of service?
We provide services 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You can choose the schedule that works best for your loved one.

How do you ensure the safety of your clients?
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients by conducting regular check-ins, maintaining open communication with families, and ensuring that all caregivers are properly trained in safety procedures, including fall prevention and emergency protocols.
Are your caregivers trained in handling medical conditions?
Our caregivers are trained to assist with a variety of medical conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and mobility issues. For more complex medical care, we can work with healthcare providers to ensure your loved one's specific needs are met.
What happens if my loved one experiences an emergency?
In case of an emergency, our caregivers are trained in first aid and CPR. They are also instructed to contact emergency services. We also maintain close communication with healthcare providers when necessary.

Can I refer someone to your services?

Yes, we provide regular updates to family members regarding the progress and well-being of their loved one. This can be done through phone calls, emails, or care reports, based on preference.
